Meet Dr. Omar Harmouche - Panhandle, TX

Dr. Harmouche is a nationally recognized implant dentist, entrepreneur, and CEO of Har Dental Group. With a reputation for clinical excellence and a passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Harmouche has quickly become the go-to expert for dental implants and full-mouth restorations in West Texas. He has completed hundreds of hours of advanced continuing education in implant placement and restoration. He is board-certified in IV sedation, providing patients with a safe, comfortable, and life-changing experience.

A proud Lebanese-American, Dr. Harmouche’s drive to serve others was evident from an early age. He simultaneously earned his high school diploma and Associate of Arts degree before becoming the youngest graduate in the history of the University of Houston, earning his B.S. in Biology at just 18 years old. In 2017, he entered Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine and a Master’s in Public Health. His extraordinary commitment to civic leadership earned him Tufts’ highest honor—the Presidential Award for Civic Life.

After graduating, Dr. Harmouche began his career by delivering care to underserved rural communities in Kentucky before returning to Texas to be closer to family and pursue his vision of building a practice that blends clinical mastery with a deep sense of community impact.

Today, as the founder and CEO of Har Dental Group, Dr. Harmouche leads with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to innovation. Whether transforming lives through dental implants or mentoring the next generation of dental professionals, he is known for putting purpose before profit and people before accolades.
