Dr. Zahra Rasool is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to helping her patients feel healthier, more confident, and empowered in their oral health. A proud Texan, she was born and raised in Houston and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017 before graduating from UT Health Houston School of Dentistry in 2022.
After spending much of her life in Houston, Dr. Rasool made the move to West Texas and is happy to call Amarillo home. She appreciates the warm, hospitable community that makes Amarillo so special. She especially enjoys getting to know her patients and building meaningful, lasting relationships with them.
Dr. Rasool’s greatest goal is for each patient to leave their dental visit feeling stronger, more confident, and better informed about their oral and overall health. She believes that great dentistry goes beyond treating teeth—it starts with listening to each patient’s concerns, understanding their individual goals, and creating a comfortable environment where they feel heard and cared for.
As a general dentist, Dr. Rasool has special interests in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics and full-mouth rehabilitation. She is passionate about continuing to expand her knowledge and skills in these areas while providing comprehensive, personalized care for her patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rasool enjoys spending time with her husband and baby daughter as well as traveling and discovering new places. Dr. Rasool is excited to be part of the Amarillo community and looks forward to welcoming patients to the office and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
